Shipping & Returns

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. 
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued. 
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier (United States Postal Service) and address the issue directly with them.  Saint Lucille does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.


 Exchanging A Size:

I cannot guarantee that I will have the desired size/color in-stock. If I'm unable to make an exchange, I will process the item as a return and issue you a store credit coupon via email for use on a future purchase.


Return By Mail: 

Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in original condition with tags attached. All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed. I do not accept returns on swim wear, bodysuits or final sale items. All refunds are issued as a store coupon credit via email only.

Saint Lucille requires items to be returned within 30 days of original receipt. A store credit will be sent via email 

within 3-5 business days after I receive the product. Shipping to and from will be at your cost.
